In memory of Soupy Sales... we provide this video where Alice Cooper makes an appearance.

Soupy Sales, 83, a loose-limbed comedian whose goofy skits, slapstick antics and pie-tossing shenanigans made him one of the country's most popular television stars of the 1950s and '60s, died Oct. 22 at a hospice in the Bronx, N.Y.

Thank you for the comedy, the life and the fun your provided to all who knew you.

Living down ere in da South... Midsouth technically, but being a Northerner by birth I consider this the South, I have been to some state fairs and have seen the deep fried anything. And yes, deep fried butter is actually available. Deep fried anything is available. Hell, they had deep fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at the Delta Fair this year! So it doesn't surprise me to see a kid break out into dance after eating some deep fried butter. Although I think his body was going into shock instead of dancing. Poor kid is going to grow up with heart issues...

The funniest thing about this whole balloon boy incident is the fact that as the balloon was flying over the fields in Colorado, I called it. I told several of my fellow co-workers that I thought they would find the kid hiding somewhere... and guess what, they did. Hoax or not, I knew this shit was fake. And here is a parody of the incident - I'm in a Box. Which is pretty much just a remake of On a Boat.
